China  CNR co., LTD., hereinafter referred to China CNR, is approved by the state-owned assets supervision and administration commission, it was invested by the China northern locomotive vehicle industry group co., LTD. cooperating with Datong forward investment co., LTD., China chengtong holdings group co., LTD and China huarong asset management corporation, and established in on June 26, 2008. Its main business fields include railway locomotives, urban rail vehicles, research and development, design, manufacture, repair, services business of engineering machinery electronic. On April 4, 2012, China CNR got the combustion of the emu project in Bangladesh traction and network control system with a complete set of contracts. 

China CNR gathers a large number of professional rolling stock and other technical talents, it has made a large number of state-level scientific research achievements with its technology development strength. 

In the first batch of "11th five-year plan" national science and technology support program projects, our company has afforded key projects for the railway transportation equipment all independent research and development. Strategy of "locomotive promoted, passenger car rebuilt brilliance, van played a leading role” has made significant achievements. Company now has two international  advanced emu technology platforms, CRH5 emu batch was put into operation, CRH3 emu got "Chinese first rate" by creating 394.3 kilometers per hour ,which has become an important means of transportation with a complete set of Olympic .and it will also become the main models of the Beijing-shanghai high-speed railway; we own the international leading three product series of high-power ac drive electric locomotive technology platforms, model harmony  2, 3  electric locomotive mass were put into operation; the international leading level of domestic first localization of model harmony3 high power ac drive diesel locomotive successful offline;
