China railway construction group co., LTD. was reconstructed in 1965 on the basic of the ministry of railways and ministry of railways factory design firm which both were established in 1953 ,and was named the fifth design institute ministry of railways which later renamed into the ministry of railways factory. Again changed its name to China railway bureau on the basis of the establishment, and formed after restructuring in 2002.In December 2007, It was overall listed.
