The first five-year plan steps of Yuan Zhdia is steady and great, Fei Zhang hopes Yancheng national-level scientific research center can be founded successfully within two years, and more than 10 scientific research projects can fall to the ground. Also, he wishes to be an important part of national 863 programs, and establish a new prototype production base with CNR and other large railway car manufacturers in Yancheng .In addition, Yuan Zhida will actively participates and adjusts the sequence of their products in order to fit the rail transit development in three years, which requires he is prepared to afford no profits for three years.
